Software for a perfect help desk

A help desk is something that every small, medium sized and large sized company would have. A small sized company will have a single help desk which will take the customer's calls and have them reported to the appropriate place. A medium sized company would have three or more help lines directed to help desk personnel who will then direct the request to the appropriate team or personnel concerned. A large sized company will have many such help desks and it will take chains of calls for the request from the customer to reach the intended recipient. Now, this post is dedicated to all budding small sized companies out there who are aiming big. Then can now make use of a help desk software which will help the help desk personnel to track down requests and make quick entries when requests come pouring from the customers too.
